Getting to Know You!
It's time to meet each other! So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call to discuss things and plan everything out. You'll also be given information on all the different boutique products I offer that you will be able to purchase after your Portrait session.

Time to Shine!
It's the big day! We'll meet at our pre-decided location, and get right to it! Don't you worry--I will help you with posing, where to stand, and even show you where to put your hand. ;) I promise--you'll have fun!

Portrait Reveal Day!
The day you've been waiting for! I'll meet with you to show you all the beautiful pictures we took! It's at this appointment where you will order any prints and products you desire, as well as your digitals. It's just like Christmas!
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Yay! I'm so honored to photography you! What you should remember is to just be yourself. You don't always have to look at the camera, and oftentimes the things that feel the most natural (twirling, running, laying in the sunshine, etc.) make for the best pictures! Don't you worry. We're partners on this journey, and I've got your back. :)
What should I wear?
Great question! Neutral colors are best. I LOVE white in photographs, as it's timeless. You will receive some color combination ideas with our email communication. Check those out. Just make sure that you're comfortable. A clean white t-shirt with jeans that you're comfortable in is always better than a ballgown that cuts off your circulation!
How do you decide locations?
With so many beautiful places to take pictures, it can sometimes be difficult! A "perfect" location needs a couple things: Lovely shade, an interesting detail (such as a bridge, pond, path, etc.), and a shelter or overhang to keep us safe from rain--just in case! That's about it! Do you have a place in mind? I'd love to hear about it!
Are you available outside of Mosinee, WI?
Most definitely! I cast my net wide, so that I am able to serve as many people as possible. (I do ask for mileage for any travel outside of 40 miles from Mosinee, WI.) I also have roots in south-central Minnesota, and will often provide portrait sessions there! Please let me know if you're interested, and where you're at!
Do you offer any Mini Sessions?
I love minis! These are bite-sized experiences designed for busy families--just 15 minutes to capture the real, the relaxed, the love. Utilize my "Contact" form to get on my email list for my upcoming Minis!
Do you shoot a mix of posed and non-posed?
The photography style I offer is usually referred to as "Lifestyle". However, there are times when you just need to say "Everyone look at me and smile!" :) You will get a mix of both posed and non-posed portraits to choose from. Don't be surprised, however, when you find yourself liking the "un-posed" more... ;)
